FASET (Fall Arrest Safety Equipment Training) is delighted and proud to have passed its audit and retained its SSiP Registered Member status.
SSiP (Safety Schemes in Procurement) was founded in May 2009 following the government report on accelerating the SME economic engine through transparent, simple and strategic procurement. Supported by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) SSIP aims to streamline prequalification and encourage straightforward mutual recognition between its member schemes.
All assessments completed by SSiP member schemes are done so utilising the SSIP core criteria which are aligned to the government-backed construction pre-qualification document PAS 91, ensuring consistency within supply chain management.
FASET first joined the SSiP forum in 2015, becoming a Registered Member in June of that year. FASET is the established trade association and training body for the safety netting and temporary safety systems industry. All members undergo a rigorous audit which is accredited by SSiP, ensuring quality of workmanship and commitment to best standards are maintained.
