Fall Arrest Safety Equipment Training (FASET) has joined the Temporary Works Forum (TWf).
Tony Seddon, who is the Managing Director of FASET, is looking forward to engaging with the TWf and the opportunities this brings: “FASET exists to improve the safety of those who work in the access industry. Ultimately, our aim is to eliminate falls from height. Uniting with the Temporary Works Forum will enable us to take a large step in achieving this aim, and will help us to widen the reach of our message, our services and our expertise.”
Robin James is Operations Director at the TWf. He commented: “I am delighted to welcome FASET as a new member of the TWf. It offers a vital service through its expert training and guidance, which people at all levels find invaluable.
“Our membership continues to grow and each of our 250+ members brings its own unique specialist knowledge – collectively spanning 30 different disciplines within the area of temporary works. FASET will be a great addition to the forum and the promotion of best practice in the construction industry.”
FASET gives a single, coherent voice in an industry comprising a wide range of manufacturers and suppliers providing a plethora of mixed messages. FASET has a standalone partner scheme with CSCS, giving employees who work at height proof of their training and qualifications with a card from the industry’s authoritative voice on temporary safety systems.
