FASET congratulates the Ladder Association on reaching a significant milestone with the award of its 100,000th LadderCard training qualification.
The achievement reflects the continued importance of accredited training in promoting safe working at height. The landmark qualification was awarded to John Heaton of Liverpool-based affordable housing provider Torus, following training delivered by HSS Training, one of the Ladder Association's long-standing approved training members.
The milestone underlines the value of ensuring those who use, inspect and manage ladders have the knowledge and competence to do so safely and effectively. Accredited training plays a vital role in reducing risk and promoting best practice across a wide range of industries where work at height is undertaken.
At FASET, we share the Ladder Association's commitment to raising standards through quality training, competence and safe systems of work. As organisations representing different aspects of the work at height sector, we recognise the important contribution that industry-led training schemes make in helping employers protect their workforce and meet their legal responsibilities.
Congratulations once again to the Ladder Association on this impressive achievement.
