It is important that FASET collect this information anonymously to give a better understanding of the situations in which safety nets are saving lives and the work tasks which lead to falls into nets. As you are not required to give any information about yourself, your report will not be used against any individual, site or company and will only be used for analysis and the further development of guidance.
