Professionals converge for three-day health and safety event

As the established trade association and training body for the safety netting and temporary safety systems industry, FASET aims to always keep up to date with the latest news from the building access industry. We are pleased to share the following story from the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health.

OSH professionals from around the world converged on Birmingham last week for the three-day Health & Safety Event.

Hundreds of professionals visited our stand to get information around their career development and IOSH’s resources.

Meanwhile many attended the Keynote Theatre, which was run by IOSH over the first two days. Sessions included a focus on IOSH’s new strategy, Activate 2028, the International Labour Organization’s adoption of a safe and healthy work environment as a fundamental principle and right at work and the role OSH plays in working towards the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.

And, of course, we took plenty of pictures, some of which you can see below. Maybe you can spot yourself.

If you weren’t able to attend or didn’t get chance to speak with us – or if you just want to find out more – we’ll be at the Safety & Health Expo at London Excel from 16-18 May. You can find out more and register for your free pass here.
