As the established trade association and training body for the safety netting and temporary safety systems industry, FASET aims to always keep up to date with the latest news from the building access industry. We are pleased to share the following story from the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
With numerous health and safety professionals visiting over three days last week, ExCeL London was the home of the Safety & Health Expo.
At IOSH’s stand, hundreds of professionals were provided with information on continuing professional development (CPD) and IOSH training. It was also an opportunity for its presidential team and Future Leaders to share their volunteering journeys and chat with visitors.
Whilst there was plenty of buzz on the stand, IOSH also took to the Keynote Theatre delivering three well-attended sessions:
- safe and health conditions as a right;
- mental health support; and
- collaborating for a sustainability multiplier effect.
