On Thursday 28th November, FASET: Fall Arrest Safety Equipment Training hosted their Annual General Meeting and Awards event at the Worsley Park Hotel and Golf Club in Manchester.
The event saw members and sponsors come together to learn from one another and to celebrate the work and success of several individuals and businesses who have particularly stood out this year.
The daytime schedule was filled with informative presentations from companies including CITB and Creator Scaffold Designs. The evening saw a hilarious performance from stand-up comedian, actor, Justin Moorhouse, a delicious gala dinner and the highly anticipated awards presentation.
But the celebration wasn't just about industry achievements. FASET is proud to announce that the event raised an impressive £1450 for two very worthy charities: The NO Falls Foundation, dedicated to preventing falls from height, and The Lighthouse Charity, which provides mental health and wellbeing support in the construction industry.
