FASET Announces New Membership Categories

Some new membership categories have been opened, as detailed below:

  • Full Membership – This category is open to any* company involved with the installation of safety nets. This category is also open to any training centres who wish to deliver the FASET Training Courses for the installation and inspection of safety nets. Members in this category gain full voting rights, and the full range of membership benefits. The Annual subscription rate is £1,800. Annual subscription can be reduced by up to £600 per annum through retrospective credits earned by full member companies actively involved with FASET committees and meetings. (Training Centres outside the UK and Republic of Ireland fall into International Membership)
  • New! Manufacturer Membership – This category is open to any* manufacturer of safety nets to BS EN 1263-1. This category gains the member no voting rights but includes the full range of membership benefits. Annual Subscriptions are £1200. (If the company carries out FASET Training or the installation of safety nets, full membership applies)
  • New! International Membership* – This category is open to any company outside the UK and the Republic of Ireland, who manufacture safety nets to BS EN 1263-1 and/or carry out the installation of safety nets. This category gains the member no voting rights but includes the full range of membership benefits (where geographical boundaries and local laws permit). Annual Subscriptions are £1200.
  • New! Associate Membership – This category is open to any company, such as principal contractors and suppliers of associated activities / products (but Not Safety Nets). This category gains the member no voting rights but includes the full range of membership benefits. Annual Subscriptions are £600.
  • New! Safety Practitioner Membership – This category is open to any health and safety practitioners. This category gains the member no voting rights but includes information services. Annual Subscriptions are £300.

* Full, Manufacturer and International Membership categories are subject to audit and Board review to ensure suitable standards are met and maintained. FASET cannot guarantee acceptance in these categories.
