The CSCS Safety Net Rigger card is the only safety netting competence card for the construction industry.
All operatives previously qualified with the original CITB FASET card were able to transfer their record of competence to a new CSCS card on submission of their original card and a current Health and Safety Working at Height qualification. Those who have done this have been issued with the Blue CSCS card. The transfer period officially closed on 1 June 2005 rendering any original CITB FASET Rigger cards obsolete.
The CSCS Safety Net Rigger card is now achieved by following the NVQ route. It is recommended that you follow the right process to ensure you meet all the right requirements to achieve the blue CSCS card. Click on here for the 'Get your card' flowchart.
Holding a card does not necessarily mean the card holders company is a member of FASET.
Training is provided only by FASET approved training and assessment centres. Each of centres has been vetted for performance in delivering high levels of training which are suitable and appropriate for the safety net rigging industry.
